A 1U modular fiber patch panel with four bays for MPO cassettes or fiber adapter panels, used for fiber patching, termination and cable organization in data centers and telecom rooms. With LC quad adapters it supports up to 96 fibers, and the top cover removes without tools for cable management.

A modular 1U enclosure: choose the cassettes or adapter panels for each of the four bays.

Installation

Installation and Packaging

  1. Secure the enclosure to the rack, fit the selected modules or panels, and support the incoming cables before routing fibers.
  2. Remove the top cover for cable management. Follow the bend-radius requirements of the installed fibers and cables, and check that no fiber is trapped when you refit the cover.
  3. Check interface cleanliness and connection mapping before patching, and keep unused optical interfaces capped.

How many fibers does the panel support?

It depends on the front interfaces. With 24 LC quad adapters across the four bays it supports 96 fibers; with 24 SC duplex adapters it supports 48 fibers.

What can be installed in the four bays?

Compatible MPO cassettes or LC quad / SC duplex adapter panels. Tell us the layout you need and we will confirm the module fit.

Which fiber types are supported?

With matched modules and optical components, the panel works with OS1/OS2 single-mode and OM1/OM2/OM3/OM4/OM5 multimode fiber.

What should I specify for MPO cassettes?

Give the fiber type and fiber count, and confirm the MPO polarity and connector gender with our sales team so the cassettes match the rest of your link.

Are MTP connectors available?

Yes. The standard build uses MPO connectors, and MTP connectors are available on request.

Can it be supplied with adapters and pigtails installed?

Yes. It can be supplied as an enclosure only, with adapters installed, or with adapters and pigtails installed. The pre-installation scope is agreed with our sales team when you order.

How do I reach the cables inside?

The top cover removes without tools. Allow space for cover removal and cable routing when you plan the rack.

Are samples available?

Samples are available. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements. You can test the samples yourself, inspect goods with us over a live video call, or audit our factory on site.
